1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") set out the rules, rights, and obligations that govern your use of all services provided through the website at 1xwin.club, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slot games, lottery, and any associated features or promotions.

2. Eligibility

• You must not have been previously excluded from 1xwin through a self-exclusion request or a platform-imposed ban.
• You must not be acting as an agent or representative of any third party in connection with your 1xwin account.

1xwin reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation upon request may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending verification.

3. Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) account only on the 1xwin platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same person — whether under the same name, different names, different devices, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address. You undertake to keep this information updated at all times. 1xwin is not liable for any consequences arising from outdated or incorrect account information provided by the user.

You are solely responsible for the security of your account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 1xwin will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it.

• Accounts must be registered in the user's own legal name.
• A valid Pakistani mobile number is required for account verification and two-factor authentication.
• Account sharing with any other person is not permitted.
• Corporate or business accounts are not accepted on the 1xwin platform.
• 1xwin reserves the right to close any account at its sole discretion if registration terms are found to have been violated.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 1xwin — including deposits, withdrawals, wagers, and bonus credits — are denominated and processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20.

Deposits must originate from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment originates from an account belonging to another person — are not accepted and will be refunded. Any funds received from unidentified or third-party sources may be seized pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests are processed only to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account KYC verification must be fully completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. Any withdrawal request below this threshold will be rejected.
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived funds are only permitted once all applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• 1xwin reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any withdrawal, including but not limited to proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within one to four hours for JazzCash and EasyPaisa, and within the same business day for bank transfers. These timelines are targets and not contractual guarantees.
• 1xwin does not charge withdrawal fees. However, third-party processing fees charged by your bank or mobile wallet provider are outside the platform's control and are borne by the user.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

1xwin offers various promotions to both new and existing registered users, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bets, cashback arrangements, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the PSL or major international cricket series. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer, which form part of these Terms by reference.

General bonus conditions that apply across all 1xwin promotions unless otherwise stated include:

• Bonuses are credited to your account as bonus funds, not real-money funds, until wagering requirements are satisfied.
• Standard wagering requirements range from 5x to 30x the bonus amount depending on the specific offer. The exact requirement is stated on the promotion page.
• Bonus funds and real-money funds are used separately. Real-money funds are used before bonus funds in most cases unless the promotion specifies otherwise.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per user, per household, and per device.
• 1xwin reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to exploit bonus terms — including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in account closure.
• Bonuses credited in error must be returned on demand and may be reclaimed by 1xwin at any time.

6. Betting Rules

All bets placed on 1xwin are governed by the betting rules applicable to the relevant product — sports betting, live in-play markets, casino games, lottery, or slots. By placing any bet, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted the rules for that product.

• All bets are final once confirmed by the platform. Bets cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed after confirmation except where 1xwin exercises its discretion to void a bet in accordance with these Terms.
• 1xwin reserves the right to void any bet placed at an erroneously published price or odd. Where a clear pricing error has occurred, the bet will be settled at the correct price or voided at 1xwin's discretion.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a settlement result, the official result as recognised by the relevant governing body will be used. 1xwin's determination of the applicable result is final.
• Maximum bet limits apply to all markets and are displayed on the relevant betting interface. Bets exceeding the stated maximum may be reduced to the maximum permitted stake at 1xwin's discretion.
• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) software. Results are independently audited and cannot be altered by 1xwin or any player.
• Bets placed using funds obtained through fraudulent activity, stolen payment details, or chargebacks will be voided and the relevant account closed.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 1xwin and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, interact with games, or otherwise access the platform in a non-human manner.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, market, or promotion.
• Exploitation of software bugs, errors, or pricing anomalies knowingly or repeatedly. Users who identify such errors are obligated to report them to support.
• Attempts to launder money or otherwise use the platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Providing false personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Chargebacks or disputed payment reversals without valid cause. Any confirmed fraudulent chargeback will result in immediate account closure and recovery proceedings.
• Use of the platform on behalf of another person or as part of a commercial operation not authorised by 1xwin.
• Any conduct that harasses, threatens, or abuses 1xwin staff or other users through any communication channel.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 1xwin platform — including but not limited to software code, game interfaces, logos, brand names, graphic designs, written content, odds data, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 1xwin or its licensed third-party providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any platform content without prior written authorisation from 1xwin.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any software component of the platform.
• Use the 1xwin brand, logo, or trademarks in any manner not expressly authorised in writing by 1xwin.

Any unauthorised use of 1xwin's intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and will result in immediate termination of your access to the platform.

9. Privacy & Data

Data collected during registration, KYC verification, and platform use is used for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the improvement of platform services. 1xwin does not sell personal data to third parties. • Losses arising from a user's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.
• Errors in odds or pricing that are corrected in accordance with Section 6 of these Terms.
• Any financial decisions made by a user based on information provided on the platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such exclusion is not permitted by applicable law.

11. Responsible Gaming

1xwin is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across all products offered on the platform. Gambling is a form of entertainment and should never be treated as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered users through the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to manage your spending.
• Session Time Limits: Receive notifications and automatic session termination after a defined period of continuous play.
